Welcome!
Kopa Konaway is "Chinook Wawa" (jargon) for a lot. A lot; a lot of ...everything. The Native Americans of the Pacific Northwest spoke much jargon, a loose language influenced by people of many cultures who traded here going back to at least the 19th century. My grandfather was a product of that influence, his father was French-Canadian, his mother a native woman from Washington, whose identity is unknown.
I have been involved with photography and other artistic endeavors for more than 30 years, only recently exploring digital photography and taking it to a professional level.
Within this site you can peruse many different types of work, ranging from portraiture, landscapes, still lifes; from black and white to digitally enhanced.
All works are copyrighted, and available in any number of formats, whatever may suit you for your particular application.

About my work...
Art is so subjective, truly the beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Sometimes a photograph -alone- says it all. Well composed, well lit, proper exposure, etc.
Sometimes, by working with the photograph, digitally, a new awareness begins to develop.
Elements not previously noticed become pronounced, and indeed the photograph begins to tell a different story.
I hope you enjoy my work. Please let me know what you think on the 'contact us' page.
